We are a family owned and operated business which has been passed down through 3 generations and has been established in the Long Beach Island community for almost 4 decades. With almost 40 years of experience in the hospitality and rental industry and over 4 decades as residents of LBI we take pride in making each and every guests stay a pleasant and memorable experience by providing comfortable beach vacation rentals at affordable under market pricing. We rent weekly Friday-Friday during the season to help you avoid the Saturday traffic infamous to LBI rentals. Our check in time is set for 3pm but we do our very best to get you in as early as possible once our cleaning crew has finished. Our check out time is set at 10am. All keys are in a lock box on the property so our check in process is very easy. Sorry we do not rent partial weeks at this time.

102 Nelke Court in Ship Bottom (single family) 4 dog max 

101 East Stanton in Brant Beach (duplex) 2 dog max per floor

7312 Ocean Blvd in beach Haven Crest (duplex) 2 dog max per floor

For the EXTRA large family gatherings we have 

3 Oceanfront’s (Beach Haven Crest) next door to each other that can sleep 38 in total

2 Oceanside properties (Loveladies) next door to each other that can sleep 32 in total

All hot tubs are serviced twice weekly.

Each of our properties gets completely turned over and sanitized between tenants and that is included in our rates.
